As our District Sales Manager, you will work closely with our sales reps to identify, prioritize, and drive sales opportunities into successful partnerships while helping the team nurture and grow existing relationships. You will also partner alongside our Leadership Team to develop and refine our overall sales strategy. We're looking for a high energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, highly likable, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and sales leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a cohesive and highly effective outside sales team
- Assist and train our sales team in all aspects of the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with a select group of customers
- Collaborate with branch operations and the Leadership Team towards strategic business goals
- Ensure sales analytics data is used to inform our decision-making process
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members as we scale our sales team
- Lead sales planning and sales strategy meetings
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Naturally extroverted with a genuine ability to make a connection with others
- Values collaboration and has experience communicating across various stakeholders
- Experience with navigating through uncertain situations and quickly able to adapt to change
